A WELD TEST IS REQUIRED **Job Description:** We're seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be assembling parts to precise specifications and executing top-notch welding operations. If you're adept at MIG welding, proficient with measuring devices, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain MIG welding equipment + Ensure assemblies meet specifications by accurately reading measuring devices + Perform welding on various shaft diameters and joints + Maintain adherence to welding parameters for top-notch quality + Conduct visual inspections to guarantee weld compliance + Uphold safety protocols and keep the workspace tidy + Document daily labor and inspections accurately **Qualifications:** + Proficiency in blueprint reading and following instructions + Familiarity with various measuring devices + AWS certification or successful completion of in-house welding tests + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. + Shift: 6am-4:30pm, Monday thru Thursday (with OT potential on Fridays) + PPE: Steel/Composite Toe Shoes This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your welding skills and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
