Contract to Hire position$22.00 to $25.00 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Weld parts/heavy plate metal such as under frame structures, end plates, draft gear pocketsPerform single- and multi-pass welds in all positionsRepair welds (using grinders, cutting torches, gouging equipment and other tools)Stick weld partsEnsure welders parameters are programmedFit, weld, air test partsOperate cranes/jib cranesRead and interpret weld reference documentation and assembly instructionsParticipate in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.Welder Qualifications:
