Electromac Tool, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Welder/Fitter in our Windsor, Ontario tool build Facility.  The Welder/Fitter is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

Working with the maintenance department and tooling department to perform all welding and fabricating work.  Fabricate projects, and aid in the production process  Fabricate/repair scrap chutes, deflectors, conveyors and projects   Proficient in all position Stick, MIG and TIG welding processes  Proficient with oxy-acetylene torch cutting and air arc gouging 

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of related work experience Experienced in TIG welding Tool Steel Trade certification 

Preferred Qualifications:

Welders Ticket
