Job Description
Set up, assemble, and weld all products using work orders, blueprints, and jigs. Secure component parts in place using bolts, clamps, or tack welds. Retrieve parts needed to complete production requirements. Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure welds are clean and complete. Work in an assembly line, being flexible to work in different areas throughout the day based on workflow.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, assemble, and weld products using work orders, blueprints, and jigs.Secure component parts in place using bolts, clamps, or tack welds.Retrieve necessary parts to meet production needs.Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure weld quality.Work flexibly across different areas of the assembly line as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of MIG welding experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).Ability to perform Flat Fillet Weld, Vertical Down Fillet, Flat Butt Weld, Horizontal Butt Weld, Pipe External Fillet, and Pipe Internal Fillet.Attention to detail to ensure welds are clean and accurate.Proficiency in using hand tools and reading a tape measure.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience operating an overhead crane (preferred but not required).Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required).Experience in using jigs and reading work orders.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Open-air warehouse with large fans; temperatures vary with weather conditions. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM with a paid lunch if you stay on-site. Lunch break is at 11:30 AM, and a break at 2:15 PM. Punctuality is essential as turnstiles lock after the workday starts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
