Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.)Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersMeasure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components using hand and power toolsFabricate parts and assemblies according to specifications Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and standardsWelder Fabricator Qualifications:
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (or equivalent training)Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsStrong mechanical and problem-solving skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsWelding certification is a plus but not requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
