Job Classification: + Non-Exempt + Daytime Hours + Monday - Saturday + Full Time (Hourly) + On-Site role Essential Job Functions: + Maintain knowledge and adherence to all safety policies + Create quality welds + Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards + Prepare product to be welded by grinding and cutting parts to proper dimensions + Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. + Monitor Equipment and request maintenance when needed + Help keep scrap and waste to a minimum and be efficient in use of all supplies. + Perform manual tasks in a way that meets or exceeds the required production level. Qualifications: + Ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated + Mig & stick welding: 3 years (Required) + Ability to work without supervision for extended time periods. + Must be able to work in noisy, non air-conditioned/heated work area. + Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring tools. + Need experience using mig and stick welding processes + Must have skills in cutting with torches and plasma cutters + Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Climb, Squat, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day, Use Hands in Repetitive Motions, walk on uneven terrain, Repeat Same Movements, work comfortably in an indoor and outdoor environment, exposed to all weather conditions.
