Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication, and working with automation equipment. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, creating assemblies from mild steel and some stainless steel, and using various tools and equipment to complete jobs.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to create assembliesMeasure materials using tape measures and other toolsCreate own fixtures and set weld settingsFollow job orders and work instructionsUse brake press, tap, and drill tools to complete jobsPerform MIG welding and fabrication tasksWork primarily with mild steel materials and occasionally with stainless steelEssential SkillsExperience with MIG weldingProficiency in fabricationAbility to read and interpret blueprintsSkilled in using tape measures and hand toolsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with press brake operationAbility to create job fixturesKnowledge of automation equipmentWork Environment
You will work in a machine shop environment with a first shift schedule from 5 AM to 3 PM. There is little to no travel required. Our company focuses on creating material handling equipment for a variety of industries, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
