Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availableResponsible for setting appropriate welding machine parameters for material being welded.Responsible for making welds to meet print specifications.Responsible for producing strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent.Welder Manual/Robotic Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience or vocational schooling in related field.Candidate must have knowledge of welding processes and equipment.Candidate must be able to weld vertical, flat and overhead with a good penetration and a quality weld.Candidate must have ability to operate acetylene torches.Candidate must have exceptional math skills including metric system and angles.Candidate must be able to read tape measures and angle finders as well as reading blueprint drawings and AWS symbols.Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift and overhead cranes.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
