Position Summary

Zurn – Caddo Mills, TX, needs an experienced Welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.  We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.

Responsibilities

Weld, fabricate and finish projects according to customer specifications.Interpret and read engineering drawings, blue prints, and shop orders to trim, weld and assemble productsOperate welding and fabricating equipment including but not limited to *TIG*, MIG, Plasma, Heliarc, Electric and Acetylene welding technologies while affixing metal material.Cut and journal rods, knock down chain, perform set-up and operate various metal working pieces of equipment such as drills, drill presses, shears, brakes, saws, Yoder, etc.Move materials and assemble components.Check all work for QualityPerforms other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job.
