We combine our strategic manufacturing capabilities with the power of our winning team culture to deliver unrivaled customer service, award-winning innovation, and premium products to all our customers. 1st Shift - 4 Day Work Week - Mon-Thurs Welders Our Welders are responsible for aligning and fitting fabricated steel components per engineering drawings. Duties and Responsibilities: Read engineering drawings. Set-up, run, and operate welding equipment. Perform periodic quality checks. Meet daily production goals. Ability to use and read tape measure. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management. Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Repetitive use of hands to operate welding equipment. Qualifications: Work Experience: Prior welding experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 90lbs occasionally; familiar with welding symbols.
