Start your new career as a Welder with MAU at Seasons 4 in Douglasville, GA. As a Welder, you will perform MIG and TIG welding to support high-quality production work at our client’s facility.
What We Offer: Pay starting at $22/hr (based on experience) Health benefits Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays First shift availability (8- or 10-hour shifts) Overtime opportunities What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience High school diploma or GED Welding certification On-the-job leadership or management experience preferred Ability to lift 26–50 lbs Willingness to work required overtime What You’ll Do as a Welder: Set up welding equipment and select proper tools and materials Weld metal components using MIG and TIG techniques based on specifications Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to standards Grind, cut, or clean welded surfaces as needed Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals Document work performed and materials used for tracking
