Job DescriptionResponsible for all detailed processes in connection with manufacturing processes, routings, time studies, robotics, and N/C programs. Review new releases for design and manufacturing. Assist with recommendations for new equipment and tooling. Provide shop floor support to aid in improving the coordination and collaboration between departments and teams.

Lead projects to implement process improvement and/or installation of manufacturing equipmentDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic welding cellsCoordinate the development of timely and accurate N/C programs to aid in efficiency in production.Analyze processes to find possible problems or needed improvements.Collaborate with production and other teams by attending scheduled meetings to ensure timely improvements on processes.Assist with recommendations for new equipment and tooling.Substitute for shop supervisor when needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related fieldInternship experience or 6-plus months related work experienceSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Industrial welding knowledge and experienceExperience with heavy equipment fabricationCAD and CAM software experienceAWS Certifications: CWI, CWE etc.Pay Range:
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
