Responsibilities for a Substitute Welding Instructor
+ Deliver engaging lectures with the help of Lincoln Tech's standardized curriculum.
+ Provide practical training ensuring periodic maintenance of equipment.
+ Evaluate and communicate student performance in a timely manner.
Requirements for a Substitute Welding Instructor
+ The necessary academic credentials and work-related experience mandated by the company, state, accreditation, and any other regulatory agencies that monitor compliance
+ Certified or licensed where required by law
+ Minimum of three years of related practical work experience in structural or pipe Welding
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Computer skills
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
