Innovation Engineering develops leading edge technologies to enhance the competitiveness of our products and to support the new products introduction. The Welding and NDE team, within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Organization, is accountable for New Technology Development, through planning and preparation activities combining practical welding work with higher-level technical duties including final industrialization on shop plants.

As a Welding Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for:

Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety Environment & Quality standard.

Execute welding processes according to welding procedures qualified

Execute dimensional check and not destructive examination

Execute heat treatment on test coupons

Perform metallographic and mechanical test on welded specimens

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a high school diploma (preferably Mechanical Expert)

Show welding Experience of processes (manual, automatic, semi-automatic)

Be able to read and interpret drawings/technical specifications

Show knowledge and expertise to use precision measuring instruments

Display computer skills (using Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.)

Show attitude to teamwork

Preferable to know fundamental of Non Destructive Test performed on welding (LP, FPI etc...)

Fluency in Italian is required, knowledge of English is appreciated

Hold a EU Work Permit
