Job Summary:

We are seeking a Welding Manufacturing Engineer to support welding operations by performing foundational tasks such as equipment setup, calibration, routine maintenance, system testing, and operation of various welding technologies. You will contribute to general manufacturing engineering activities, including weld process development, parameter optimization, fixture validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts routine equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts management, and ensures sustained production efficiency.Maintains and updates fabrication-related engineering documentation such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, and engineering change records.Delivers training, validation, and certification programs for automated welding systems to ensure operator and process consistency.Collaborates within the manufacturing team to modify existing equipment aimed at continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and future automation technology initiatives.

Top Candidates will Have:

Robotic programming experience preferredA strong understanding / working knowledge of Microsoft O/S and related applicationSkilled in Teamcenter, Creo and other visualization software tools

Summary Pay Range:

$71,040.00 - $106,440.00
