2. Develop welding process specifications, including welding method, welding sequence, welding parameters, welding material selection, preheating and post-heating treatment, etc., define welding quality inspection and appearance inspection standards to meet product design requirements

3. Develop welding process documentation, including WPS/PQR/WPQ, welding process cards, etc., provide welding process related training, ensure welding operators are able to execute according to standards

4. Regularly review and improve welding processes, work closely with production teams to optimize welding efficiency, analyze and resolve welding defects, and ensure product quality

5. Process drawing compilation and management, assisting in resolving various issues arising during production (e.g., diagram errors/unclarity, product quality problems);

Tasks and Qualifications:
