Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead daily meetings with Line CoordinatorsDevelop team to solve their own day-to-day operational issues. Conduct and oversee daily communication and problem-solving activities.Establish daily goals for the operation. Use KPIs to communicate performance.Prepare daily reports outlining Assembly activities and metrics. Drive efficiency improvements and monitor direct and indirect labor.Lead 6S efforts, stress good housekeeping and safe work practices.Monitoring MII Hrs., Operator efficiency/ Utilization and productivity. Develop and implement plans to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.Be enthusiastic, hard-working and have a can-do attitude.Work as a true team player with other functional departments and leaders. Maintain a smooth flow of communication.Accountability and direction of all directly and indirectly reporting employees and contractors. This includes the following activities:Ensure required, Hold, Witness, Monitor & Document review points are met as per ITP / QAP.Release of Product after welding (stage) inspectionConformance of providing Qualitative & Quantitative data, for COPQ.Ensuring safety discipline at work center as per EMS and OHSAS.Coordinate with production in order to plan and execute inbound and production checksManage relations with customers or third-party inspectorsParticipate in external supplier quality testing and auditsParticipate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) eventsMonitor product portfolio KPIs and drive effective root cause corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed targetsManage customer witness inspectionsOrientation & TrainingSupervision & Attendance Management Provides ongoing supervision and motivation to the production Builds, motivates, and retains a team that consistently meets production deadlines · Maximize the level of output of the manufacturing department by ensuring operating costs of the department are minimized. Responsible for the health and safety of his directly reporting employees and for ensuring a harassment-free environment in the production.Continuously evaluates production performance and focuses on continuous improvement in areas of opportunity/non-compliance · Assures good housekeeping practices (5S) through auditing. B E with 10 to 15 years’ experience in Welding
