Welding Specialist IWE/SFI (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Welding Specialist IWE/SFI (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser and help maintain our production processes at the highest level. With your expertise in welding techniques, you will help us perfect our products for global use in the process industry.

Your responsibilities:
You will:

take on welding supervision tasks and ensure compliance with our high-quality standards. create and maintain welding production documents (WPS, instructions, etc.). carry out welding and qualifications for WPQR (first article and series production) and coordinate with production and the notified body. act as a key contact for internal and external experts and partners. handle administrative tasks related to internal welder and operator qualifications.

 

What we expect from you:
You:

have a technical background in metalworking and hold a further qualification as an International Welding Engineer (IWE). bring professional experience in stainless steel welding; knowledge in pressure vessel construction or the pharmaceutical/chemical industry is a plus. have good MS Office skills, are interested in software solutions for process optimization, and are willing to continuously develop in the field of welding technology. ideally have experience in non-destructive testing (VT). possess strong quality awareness, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Are fluent in written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage as you’ll be working in an international environment.
