Well-being Navigator (Flex or Additional Job)
Job Summary

Serves practice/facility-based employee wellness and well-being initiatives by providing outreach to employees experiencing distress or adverse events. Acts as a resource to assist employees in navigating well-being resource options, including on site and virtual support resources, and provides an evidence-based, on-site model for identifying and mitigating distress.

Job Duties Provides on-site distress screening and peer-level support.Assists in the triage and navigation of employees identified as in need of additional behavioral health or emotional support.Engages employees by way of unit rounding and meeting attendance, serving as an on-site, consistent contact for employees as needed.Represents the system well-being task force as an expert in the options available for employee support, and proper identification of the appropriate option in any given situation.Builds relationships within the system in order to identify additional opportunities or resources that are available, escalates those to the team as appropriate.Facilitates ongoing well-being by early identification and resolution of gaps in care and communication.
