Responsibilities: 

Operational Activity: 

Coordination of data entry for downhole activities. Correct data coming from OpenWells as reported by WOCS. Collect, input and correct data to show trends for DH decisions Update Failure information in OpenWells. Update wellbore information after jobs are complete. Create and complete rigless job information. Attach appropriate documents to jobs. Identify and report software issues. Interact with Well Servicing and Artificial Lift Teams to ensure maximum efficiency and
cost-effective performance.

 

Competencies: 

Proficient in utilizing MS Windows and Microsoft Office environment.  Must be able to type 60-70 WPM.  Strong initiative and self-starter.  Demonstrated knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices.  Proficiency in business communication.  Demonstrated knowledge of filing and record-keeping procedures.  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Strong organizational skills.  Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests.  Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed.  High personal credibility and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.  High dependability and concern for others to ensure the needs of others are met.  Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) including proficiencies with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.  Ability to keep neat and accurate records.  Ability to read, write and speak in English.  Must have the ability to maintain composure under pressure.  Understanding of the importance of safe work practices. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

2+ years of Well Testing operations experience required. Experience with OpenWells software highly preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Good written and verbal communication skills.  Must live within a 35 mile radius of Midland, TX. Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.  Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility, and fit for duty.
