Compensation: $34.24/hourLocation: Midland, TXWork Schedule: 9/80Assignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidaysRole is office based with limited field work, but will engage with teams in field Responsibilities Coordination of data entry for downhole activitiesCorrect data coming from OpenWells as reported by WOCSCollect, input and correct data to show trends for DH decisionsUpdate Failure information in OpenWellsUpdate wellbore information after jobs are completeCreate and complete rigless job informationAttach appropriate documents to jobsIdentify and report software issuesInteract with Well Servicing and Artificial Lift Teams to ensure maximum efficiency and
cost-effective performance Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience preferred Working knowledge of oil and gas production operations preferredUnderstanding of importance of environmental and safe work practicesGood communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision Proficiency in the use of personal computer utilizing a Windows environment Ability to keep neat and accurate records General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost effective solutions Job - Operations (Production)At least High School Grad or GED. Some college or technical training preferred Professional/Technical Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications
