The Art of Living Well Assistant @ The Cardinal at North Hills provides exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed.

 

**Memory Care Experience Preferred**

 

Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with weekend rotation.

 

Pay Range: $19/hr - $21/hr

 

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programsTeach and facilitate programs as appropriateCreate a calendar or programs for the residents.Implement a variety of group and individual Wellness programsWork with volunteers and community groups to implement various programsAssist in setting up Wellness and community eventsAssist with scheduling transportation as requiredDrive vehicles as necessary

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school graduateOne to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment preferred

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

Valid driver’s license and proof of good driving recordFirst Aid Certification
