**Koniag Management Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Wellness and Work-Life Coordinator to support **KMS** and our government customer in Washington, DC. **This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a hybrid opportunity.**

**Qualifications:**
+ The Wellness and Work-Life Coordinator must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, or another related field.
+ The Wellness and Work-Life Coordinator must also have a minimum of five years’ experience working Employee Assistance Programs or similar initiatives.
+ Previous experience serving clients working in international development and humanitarian assistance organizations in a domestic and overseas setting is highly desirable.
+ The individual must have the education, knowledge and experience to implement Agency-wide health and wellness programs and work-life programs.
+ This individual must coordinate the provision of health-wellness and work-life services. This will require close coordination with the Staff Care Center team and other partners.
+ The coordinator’s duties are to:
+ Manage health, wellness and work-life programs
+ Manage the Staff Care Champions program
+ Manage health and wellness challenges
+ Administer and manage the federally mandated lactation program, which includes regularly checking and verifying equipment to maintain lactation rooms within the client office space and other educational and support services
+ Provide workshops, webinars, health-wellness and work-life coaching, in person events, develop and oversee implementation of a wide range of protocols and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of services
+ Act as coordinator for activities in partnership with parenting and caregiving subcontracted resources
+ Administer and manage the Child Care Subsidy Program and program sub-contractors and sub-grantees (if applicable)
+ Regularly check and verify equipment to maintain quiet rooms for customer needs
**Required:**
+ All personnel performing under this contract are expected to be in the Washington, D.C. area.
+ Qualified candidates must complete a National Security Clearance background check at the Public Trust level and shall be required to complete an agency-security briefing and the badging process.
**Working Environment & Conditions**
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
