The Impact You Will Have:
As the QTS Wellness Leader you will have full ownership of our wellness program while taking it to the next level.  You will drive executive sponsorship and engagement and all communication strategies across QTS while ensuring its alignment with our total rewards philosophy. 


What You Will Do:  

Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees.Develop ROI approach for wellness programs and deliver executive-level reporting against plan on a quarterly basisImplement data tracking and KPI on Wellness initiatives to ensure metric-driven approach to wellness globallyBuild relationships with and coordinate with QTS Community champions and Belonging & Engagement (employee resource groups) group leaders. This includes providing resources materials and soliciting input (needs of different employee populations, support stakeholders who promote employee belonging and inclusion, etc.)Coordinate with health professionals and wellness vendorsCreate and disseminate wellness-related educational materialsOrganize health screenings, workshops, and wellness eventsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programsReport on wellness program outcomes and metrics to stakeholdersDevelop wellness-related policies and proceduresPartner with other departments, such as HR and Safety, to ensure that wellness programs align with company policies and proceduresPlan and coordinate wellness events, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees on various health and wellness topicsTrack and report on key metrics related to the success of wellness programs, including employee participation rates and program impact on health outcomesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in wellness, and make recommendations for incorporating new initiatives into the company's programsPromote a culture of wellness throughout the organization

What You Need to be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.5 or more years of experience in wellness or benefits in corporate environment.Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations.Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), or similar are highly desirable.  Professional certifications in wellness, health promotion, or related fields.3 or more years of experience working with insurance brokers and coordinating with finance teams.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
