Assistsin all Guests and Membership complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily.

Maximisesassociate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking andflexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as theexpectations of the guests.

Ensuresinventory management and ongoing maintenance of Spa Fitness Center operatingequipment and other assets.

Ensuresthat the Department's operational budget is in line and that all costs arestrictly controlled.

Constantlymonitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and thecompetitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the Spa Fitness Center programs and equipment remain competitive and cutting edge.
