As **Wellness Director** , I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Spa department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. + Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering. + Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the health and wellness experience. + Wellness offerings, Spa treatments, exercise classes and fitness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. + Arrange and conduct workshops and lectures for both hosts and guests on relevant health and wellness topics. + Constant interaction with and provision of support to and communication with other departments is intrinsic to the smooth functioning of the operation. + Partner with external wellness experts, service providers, and community organizations to bring additional resources and programs to employees. + Manage the wellness program budget, ensuring effective use of resources and identifying cost-effective opportunities. + Research and recommend new wellness tools, technologies, or services that could improve program offerings. **Requirement:** + Foreign Candidate + University bachelor’s degree in Wellness or Hotel Management, or closely related field. + At least 3 years of experience in wellness program management, health promotion, or related fields.Strong knowledge of wellness program development, behavior change strategies, and employee health needs + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals. + Knowledge of wellness trends and the ability to apply evidence-based practices. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to analyze data and assess the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
