Your Role

 

As a Wellness Partnership Intern at Technogym, you will dive into the world of sports partnerships, working alongside a dynamic team to manage and enhance our collaborative efforts with various partners. Your passion for sports and keen interest in partnership management will drive you to contribute to the growth and success of Technogym’s initiatives. You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, bringing fresh perspectives to the team

Your Impact

In this role, you will be involved in various activities to support the partnership team:

 

Managing the CRM System (Salesforce): You will manage and update our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding our partnerships Monitoring contractual rights vs ROI: You will monitor the contractual rights and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) to ensure that our partnerships deliver value Drafting partnership contracts: You will coordinate with the legal and product marketing teams to draft partnership contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met Building Presentations: You will create compelling presentations and manage data using PowerPoint and Excel to support the partnership team’s efforts. Market Analysis: You will analyze new trends and opportunities in the sports industry, providing insights to inform our partnership strategies. As-is monitoring: You will monitor existing partnerships in foreign markets, ensuring they are aligned with our goals and delivering the expected outcomes. Active contribution: You will take on increasing responsibility for projects related to active partnerships, primarily in Italy, driving them to success. About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

 

What you should bring:

 

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to analyze trends and opportunities, and evaluate the performance of partnerships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A genuine interest in the sports industry and a desire to contribute to its growth through effective partnerships
