Position Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Wellness Program Coordinator to promote Evidence Based Programs (EBP) in the GLSS service area through networking and community-based activities to sustain community interest and participation in Wellness Programs. Coordinate initiatives designed to promote Wellness Programs in the community. Qualifications: + Associate's degree in business, administrative or related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required + Minimum of five (5) years of recent relevant administrative support experience preferred + Previous work experience in a healthcare setting and understanding healthcare terminology preferred + Detail and deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize + Strong time management skills + Effective written and communication skills + Proficient in the use of computer systems + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team + Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion + Bilingual speaking preferred Hours: Part Time - 20 hours a week (Monday-Friday) *GLSS is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
