Job DescriptionOpening and Closing responsibility of the Wellness reception by using existing checklists.Welcome and greet guests in a kind and friendly manner and anticipate their needs.Keep the reception area neat and tidy and ensure it displays is always presentable.Assure the reception is always occupied to accompany the guests needs and to provide always outstanding service.Assist guests and show them to the right area and ensure they are escorted.Have knowledge of the types of treatments available in the Wellness center. Be aware and able to advice guests on treatment procedures and have knowledge of possible contraindications. Use initiative when dealing with guests who have contraindications to find suitable alternatives with the adequate support from the different specialists.Having an overall knowledge of the Wellness software for arranging bookings, payments, billings and changings of Itinerary for the guests through continues trainings.Communicate relevant information to the therapists /practitioners, manager and senior team.Being aware of special discounts and offers for each guest which need to be applied before the payment.Be aware of the guest’s schedule in advance, know who the assigned right therapist / practitioner for the right guest is, ensure bookings are accurate and booked in a suitable time frame.Be proactive with promoting our services to the guests in a kind and pleasant way.Handle guests’ requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure 100% guests experience satisfaction.Regularly attending Team meetings and share important information and feedback with the team.Handle administrative duties such as preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.Qualifications
• At least High Scholl certificate
• Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
•Have a passion for the health and wellness industry
•Have excellent communication, and customer service skills
•Be open, and demonstrate honest communication
•Be punctual, reliable, and dependable
•Have excellent organizational and time management skills
•Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical conduct
•Be flexible to work weekends
