Role Overview:
As a Working Student, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. You will support our project leads and lead consultants in the successful delivery of projects, contribute to business development activities, and assist in creating high-quality presentations and reports. This role offers an excellent platform to learn and grow, providing valuable insights into the consulting industry
We will rely on you to:
Project Support: Assist in the delivery of projects by providing administrative and research support.
Presentation Creation: Develop and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Business Development: Support business development initiatives, including market research, proposal preparation, and client outreach
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project leads and lead consultants to ensure timely and successful project execution.

What you need to have:
Fluency in both German and English is essential. Fluency in other European languages (i.e. French, Italian, Spanish) would be a bonus.
Student status: You are a student of psychology or HR studies
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is essential.
