In this role, you will be working at our Research Lab in Aachen. The Eaton Research Lab **(ERL)** focuses on pioneering technologies and future megatrends in energy management. In collaboration with the Research Campus Flexible Electrical Grids at RWTH Aachen University, we develop innovative solutions in the field of power management, supported by government funding for research and development projects. **Tasks** In this job you will be working on the topic of supplier registration and logistic processes of the ERL Team. The ERL team frequently requires specific equipment and material. Especially in the Project Echnaton, we work with demonstrators and prototype equipment that needs to be sent around the world. The working student will support the Project Manager in the process, from vendor registration over ordering to shipment. In this role, you are the key person between all stakeholders involved in the purchasing and logistics process of large-scale orders. You ensure that the necessary documents are collected and shared in advance, allowing the process to run smoothly and ensuring that components and/or equipment arrive at the right place at the right time.
