IMPORTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support project managers and logistics teams in the preparation, evaluation and follow-up of traffic management measures for heavy goods transportationParticipate in technical and commercial clarification meetings with clients and subcontractorsClose cooperation with the logistics engineer and logistics coordinator in the clarification of project topics Supporting the project manager in subcontractor management for heavy load transportation from the interim cable storage facilities to the cable routeClarifying/supporting the clarification of contractual issues for heavy load transports with Contract ManagementAssistance with internal and external reporting and checking of reports received from subcontractors Supporting the auditing of subcontractor invoices for traffic management measuresParticipation in internal risk meetingsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
