Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Service for Imaging IT in Healthcare

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to work 20 hours per week with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

Creating reports in ExcelSupporting the operations management teamDeveloping and optimising scripts and tools to automate processes and monitoring checks (e.g. in Python, Excel, or SQL).Maintenance and creation of technical and process-related documentation.General support: taking on administrative activities and ad-hoc tasks in day-to-day business.

Your qualification:

You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree programme, e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, data science, medical technology, biomedical engineering or similar. Initial practical experience in the creation of reports or the automation of processes is an advantage. Knowledge of a scripting or programming language (e.g. Python) as well as proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. Affinity for data, analyses and processes. Independent, structured and reliable way of working. Communication skills and team spirit.

What else do I need to know?

The gross salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least

€1.473,55 (based on 20h/week). Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
