We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to drive and support the adoption of the Broking Platform (BP) across Western Europe. This role will partner with key stakeholders, including the Head of Broking, Head of Operations, and various teams, to create and execute a tailored BP adoption roadmap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regional governance, establishing clear KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth issue management processes.
The position will involve facilitating user feedback sessions, working closely with Brokers to define actionable problem statements, and developing communications to highlight the benefits of the Broking Platform to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in change management, strategy execution, and the ability to collaborate with diverse global teams to drive the successful adoption of the platform.
Candidates should have a deep understanding of insurance principles, particularly broking, along with excellent negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills. This role will also require a self-starter mentality, attention to detail, and a practical approach to balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
