Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the Wetout office, supporting the Plant Manager.Accurately maintaining historical documents, filing all correspondence (Vendor info, regulatory agencies, other documents, and records.Process Work Orders Requisitions using JD Edwards and communicate with customers/vendors as necessary for ordering chemicals and resin. Follow up/work with material buyer.This job does require a flexible schedule when needed with some evening and weekend work of which you will be compensated.Ensure dry tube availability for stock orders.Review and submit weekly payroll using TimeTrac, management verification then sends to corporate/HR.Update weekly production schedules and track inventory while working directly with wetout plant manager, supervision, inventory specialist and logistics manager.Assist Plant manager in maintaining and ordering stock to maintain corporate standards/levels of material.Reconcile all labor and inventory variances daily in DSI and JDE Systems.Assist with monthly cycle counts utilizing DSI inventory practices. Report cycle count results to plant manager for approval.Create and receive purchase orders and Change Orders.Prepare outgoing mail and responsible for all couriered shipping and receiving.Create, review, and submit various internal reports. (TAPS System, Report Card, Air Emissions, etc.)Orders and maintains supplies and equipment for the office.Perform other duties as required and necessary per business needs.Be able to assist HR with new hire onboarding paperwork.Accurately maintain employee points system items on excel. (Work on this with Supervision and Management).At times work with vendor invoicing issues through plant manager and Accounts Receivable.Monthly report to upper management, inventory and labor hours run per month.Qualifications:
Understanding of English language. Bilingual is a plus.High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years related administrative experience required.Must have strong PC skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
