JR65975 WFD Specialist – On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

On-The-Job Training

Conduct job task analyses (JTA) to identify the responsibilities, tasks, knowledge, and skillsEstablish OJT curricula and learning items to support team member training of assigned work tasksDevelop task-based certification checklists to evaluate team member proficiencyWork with SMEs to develop and maintain managed training documents tied to certification learning itemsAssess the efficiency of onboarding and OJT, collaborating with customer groups to implement improvementsCommunicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to gather training needs and report on training initiativesFollow up on training requests to defined service-level agreements, and advance the issue when unable to complete independently.

Documentation

Identify business needs and determine content requirements for target audienceUse standard English grammar, mechanics, and compositionAdhere to appropriate standards, styles, and templatesDevelop and modify graphics and imagesEdit and proofread documentation for accuracyStore documents in the appropriate repository, using accurate document securities and keywords.Monitor and follow up on change requestsFacilitate periodic document reviews for managed resources

Data Analysis & Reporting

Extract and categorize data for analysis, visualization and decision makingDevelop graphs and charts for reportingBuild, publish, and refresh reports on a set schedule with collaborators

Program Ownership

Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap processDetail key business processes, guidelines, and standardsIdentify gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventionsIncorporate standard methodologiesEstablish metrics, set targets, collect data, and measure resultsEstablish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiencyImplement feedback systems for continuous improvement

Project Management: Project Manager

Lead project meetings, and complete assigned actions on timeDevelop the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteriaEnsure project alignment with organizational goalsIdentify project core team members and collaboratorsDevelop the work breakdown structure to include achievements, deliverables, schedule, critical path, communication, and recovery plans.Determine required resourcesMonitor project execution, manage changes, and mitigate risksAssess project efficiency in achieving goals, deliverables, and achievementsDevelop and present project closing report to customersFacilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable

Safety & Quality

Complete required safety training and conduct work in accordance with safety policiesIdentify and promptly report hazardsFollow safety procedures and area work rulesUse accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically accurate manner
