Responsibilities and Tasks:

Onboarding:

Facilitate orientation classes, workshops and cohorts both in-person and virtually to new team members, leaders, and onboarding buddies and mentorsPerform onboarding sustaining responsibilities, including the review of the TPG headcount forecast to identify new hire start dates, sending new hire welcome emails, organizing new hire and intern onboarding cohorts, enrolling new team members into training courses, and working with leaders to identify onboarding mentors and buddies for new hiresUse metrics to evaluate and improve onboarding programs and coursesCoordinate with leaders to create, review, and improve onboarding plans for new team members based on their functional group and job rolePull data and create reports to evaluate onboarding processes and opportunities for improvementProvide inputs to improve work efficiency and quality

On-The-Job Training

Conduct job task analyses (JTA) to identify the responsibilities, tasks, knowledge and skillsEstablish OJT curricula and learning items to support team member training of assigned work tasksDevelop task-based certification checklists to evaluate team member proficiencyWork with SMEs to develop and maintain managed training documents tied to certification learning itemsMeasure onboarding and OJT effectiveness, working with customer groups to implement improvementsCommunicate regularly with leaders from assigned areas to gather training needs and report on training initiativesFollow up on training requests to defined service-level agreements, and escalate when unable to complete independently

Documentation

Identify business needs and determine content requirements for target audienceUse standard English grammar, mechanics, and compositionAdhere to appropriate standards, styles, and templatesCreate and modify graphics and imagesEdit and proofread documentation for accuracyStore documents in the appropriate repository, using the correct document securities and keywordsMonitor and follow up on change requestsFacilitate periodic document reviews for managed resources

Data Analysis & Reporting

Extract and categorize data for analysis, visualization and decision makingDevelop graphs and charts for reportingCreate, publish, and refresh reports on an agreed-upon cadence by stakeholders

Program Ownership

Facilitate the planning, implementation and evaluation of an assigned program using the fiscal-year roadmap process Document key business processes, guidelines and standardsIdentify gaps or discrepancies that exist and outline appropriate interventionsIntegrate best practicesEstablish metrics, set targets, collect data and measure resultsEstablish internal process health metrics to monitor program effectiveness and efficiencyImplement feedback systems for continuous improvement

Project Management

Lead project meetings, and complete assigned actions on timeDevelop the project charter with problem statement, scope, objectives, and success criteriaEnsure project alignment with organizational goalsIdentify project core team members and stakeholdersDevelop the work breakdown structure to include milestones, deliverables, schedule, critical path, communication, and recovery plansDetermine required resourcesMonitor project execution, manage changes, and mitigate risksEvaluate project effectiveness in meeting objectives, deliverables and milestonesPrepare and present project closing report to stakeholdersFacilitate transition to sustaining mode when applicable
