The Global Workforce Management configuration Manager job is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the Global WFM Configuration Team while serving as the Workforce Management Lead for EMEA. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and optimizing workforce management solutions across a complex, multinational enterprise, ensuring alignment with business strategy, labor compliance, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will lead a team of WFM Configuration Analysts, driving innovation, automation, and best practices in workforce management technology. Additionally, you will be the primary WFM leader for the EMEA region, building relationships with cross functional partners, including ER, People Business Partners, IS&T, Retail Operations, and GPO teams, to ensure UKG WFM solutions support both regional and global business priorities. This role requires deep technical expertise in UKG WFM (Kronos), including configuration, integrations, SQL, APIs, and automation, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.
