Work you’ll do:
As a WFM Senior Manager, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, business owners, and senior executives to understand business objectives and translate those goals into an end-to-end solution that ensure scalability, performance and security.Establish Deloitte point of view for clients about leading practice for WFM processes and technologies.Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planningShare your knowledge of WFM applications as you lead your team through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward.Development and management of client relationshipsEnd-to end management of WFM projects including team, timeline, budget and quality and risk management. Engage with Deloitte’s Human Capital practice offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience8+ years of experience actively working with HR and WFM functions and processes, demonstrating strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills8+ years of experience actively working with WFM products and technologies (UKG, Infor)8+ years of experience working with Global Fortune 500 firms.8+ years of experience in all phases of a WFM implementation lifecycle (Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing)8+ years leading project teams including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations8+ years managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues8+ years of experience pf proactive quality and risk management8+ years mentoring, developing and sharing information with colleagues4+ years of experience in driving salesAbility to interact at all levels of the client organization, including developing strong relationships with client executives.Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred Qualifications:
8+ years of external Consulting Experience8+ years of experience in other HRIS ImplementationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects, delivering client presentations and facilitating client meetingsMinimum 5 years’ experience inspiring and motivating teams, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative and productive team environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years’ experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,000 to $307,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
