Responsibilities

Support the existing ANAPLAN models built for Workforce Management through modifications, enhancements, and bug fixesWork directly with WFM Leaders to fully document all process and technical deliverables on potential new builds such as forecasting models and other WFM related reportsEnsure robust framework of controls in place across the ANAPLAN landscapeEnable end-users to engage with the models by incorporating dashboards and visualization

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or any course helpful in building software applications to support Workforce Management processes2+ years of experience on the following:Designing and building cloud solutionsBasic knowledge in ANAPLAN, initially able to create simple models using the platformKnowledge in R and Python since the models have dynamic dataMS-SQL Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers and FunctionsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and OfficeExcellent relationship building and interpersonal skills with a focus on high level of professionalism and customer serviceKnowledge and understanding of Contact Centre and Back-office operationsSuperior attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong documentation skills for functional specifications and presentationsExperience engaging with 3rd party vendorsStrong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business issues and risks in a dynamic environmentAbility to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelinesStrong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Tact and clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary to facilitate solutions and resolve problemsNice to Haves:
ANAPLAN Level 1 Model Builder certification
PowerBi or Tableau knowledgePrior experience in working with offshore teams
