RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strong, positive relationships with clients within your dedicated book of business by providing strategic support of their business insurance needs. Possess industry knowledge that facilitates a complete understanding of our client’s business objectives, strategic direction, and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the life cycle of the client as it relates to their business insurance coverage and Pay-by-Pay product. Serves as the client’s primary contact, acting as a liaison, and as an internal client advocate. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of their Property & Casualty portfolio, other ADP services and coordinates communication among the various business partners. Proactively ensures client satisfaction through regular touchpoints, soliciting feedback on additional offerings and future needs, acting as appropriate (ie: quote, upsell, remarket, audit reconciliation). Maximize retention by working with carriers, and external ADP partners to resolve issues that may impact the client relationship. Performance Metrics Include: retention, technology adoption and utilization, and adherence to risk and compliance policies. Acts as an on demand or dedicated client contact with an expertise in the Workforce Now and NextGen payroll platforms as well as any predefined specialized service offerings. Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
