The Warehouse Associate position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our retail stores and is a great starting point to a rewarding career at Belle Tire! What You'll Do * Safely load and unload parts and products onto/off trucks * Handle and organize materials * Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment) to move products safely and efficiently * Assist with inventory management * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: * 18 years old * Valid driver's license * Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Previous experience working in a warehouse/distribution center Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse/distribution center with varying hours Monday through Sunday and occasional overtime. It involves physical demands, including long periods of standing, heavy lifting, and handling materials.
