Assemble components and products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools, ensuring proper functionality.Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.Document production output and report any issues to supervisors.Be on time for daily startup of manufacturing activities.Follow instructions from the supervisor on positional duties.Adhere to safety measures sanctioned by Guardian management.Perform duties required to keep the production line running efficiently.Perform all other tasks issued by direct supervision that lie outside of the normal scope of the position.

Good communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to understand English on a limited basis to follow basic work instructions.Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.

Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.75 - $17.75 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
