Numotion is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team at our Spokane - E Sprague Ave location. As the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, Numotion is committed to enhancing the mobility and lives of our customers through individually configured, medically necessary mobility products and services. This full-time, regular/at-will position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals by ensuring their mobility equipment functions optimally. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment. Your role is crucial in maintaining open communication with customers to address concerns and provide resolutions. You will also be tasked with training and educating customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of their equipment. Your follow-up with customers is essential to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Collaborating with manufacturers' tech support, you will troubleshoot issues and identify necessary parts for repairs. Additionally, you will work closely with our customer service team to coordinate daily routes and order processing. Timely and accurate completion of necessary documents is a key part of your role. This position does not require travel.
