In the role of Manufacturing Engineer III you'll play a pivotal part in problem resolution. Drafting or having internal and client-expected documents drafted. • Leading and coordinating the project team and cross-functional resources. • Ensuring project scheduling and capacity in project and cross-functional team resources. Updating project management indicators. • Interfacing with Sales/Programs, supporting them in client interactions. • Interfacing with other LGI/SE divisions and the ATA32 system architects team. • Facilitating the transition from pre-development to the development team. • Occasionally supporting Research & Technology (R&T). • Contributing to the consolidation of best practices and improving the state of the art in the field. Job Requirements • Engineering degree in mechanics or a generalist, or a university master's degree. • Solid experience in managing technical projects in the aerospace industry. • Open to change, agile, dynamic, organized, and enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team • Good interpersonal skills enabling representation of the Technical Directorate to our clients. • Cross-functional management skills. • Strong synthesis capacity. • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
