Whirlpool is seeking a qualified candidates for the role of a Dining Room Server at the Dunrovin Conference Center. Dunrovin Conference Center is a private conference center/lodge owned and utilized by Whirlpool Corporation. Located in Baldwin, Michigan, Dunrovin Conference Center is placed on 214 acres of beautiful woodlands. At Dunrovin Conference Center, we focus on fine cuisine and amazing guest experiences. 

 

The dining room server will be warm, hospitable, yet professional and exacting while providing above and beyond service in line with Dunrovin standards and values.  We are looking for well-presented, organized individuals who want to be part of a premier hospitality team.

 

Work shift hours: 2pm to 10:30pm - work hour schedule can vary depending on operational needs

 

Hourly Pay is $16.00
 

Your responsibilities will include

 

Consistently provide outstanding  food and beverage service including multi course plating,  table marking and bussing.Cleaning and polishing ware.Setting up, cleaning and detailing the dining room to standards.Responsible to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction for a diverse, international clientele.Cross functional responsibilities in ground and housekeeping departments as business flow requires.Understanding the food and beverage menus & being able to answer general questions.Performing opening and closing duties to standards requiredAdhere to grooming and dress code standardsOther duties as assigned.Minimum requirements

 

High School Diploma or GED3+months dining room serving experience Preferred skills and experiences

 

Have effective communication skillsBe motivated and a team playerBe flexible and reliableProvide gracious and warm hospitality to guests
