The Role:

The objective of the role is to support the integration of work processes, systems and enabling technology, and provide consistent frameworks for the management of governance activities and communications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing clearly defined, right-sized governance structures which support transparency and consistency while reducing administrative burdenDeveloping governance ‘scorecards’ which enable and support informed decision makingDeveloping communication and stakeholder engagement plans to provide consistent frameworks for reliable portfolio communicationsSupporting information sharing through cross-workstream communication plans and reporting activitiesCoordinating the identification, tracking and management of interdependencies between activities, program and projects to reducing barriers and mitigate conflict risksSupport the development and maintenance of integrated account ‘playbooks’ which define delivery methodologies, delivery processes and integration between work streams leading to a cohesive service delivery.Ensure that client portfolio plan revenue and profit targets are achieved through proactive budget management.Ensure that all elements of the Management Services Agreement with the client are understood and complied with by the team and that fees are claimed in a timely manner.

What you will bring

Prior experience in corporate real estate or other related business is highly desirable.Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s Degree, or Masters Degree in business technology, business management, project management, or a professional degree with a focus on project management/technology.Strong operations business acumenExcellent communication skills – written and verbal.Ability to lead through influencePragmatic approach to problem solvingProblem solvingCommunication and interpersonal skills
