The Wholesale Account Specialist will make a significant contribution to our Wholesale division. You’ll lead multiple existing customer accounts whilst implementing and executing a commercial development plan. In this role you are expected to deliver sales, volume, profit and margin targets through joint business planning and growing new and existing accounts.
This role is a mix of working from our fantastic head office in Bradford and out in the field at our stores. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Grow existing and new customer accounts, ensure profitable and provide outstanding customer service
Challenge Trading, Manufacturing, Supply and Logistics to develop new initiatives to increase sales and drive penetration
Work with Logistics to ensure a smooth delivery and collection process
Build and maintain cross functional relationships
Review end of day KPI’s
Investigate and process claims
Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency
Maximise commercial performance
