Wholesale Assistant Analyst
Job Title: Parts Competition AnalystJob Description We are seeking a Parts Competition Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of parts competition, including pricing and aftermarket trends. This role involves extensive use of Excel and spreadsheets to review and analyze data. Responsibilities + Analyze parts competition, focusing on pricing and aftermarket trends. + Utilize Excel and spreadsheets for detailed data analysis. + Conduct thorough and meticulous reviews of data. + Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses. + Promote a program that generates $240M in annual parts sales. + Daily analysis of collision parts market share. + Make decisions on promotional pricing for over 3,500 parts on the program. + Responsible for program sales and gross profit objectives. + Daily maintenance of the program including price changes, part additions, and deletions. + Monthly analysis of results and future trends. + Responsible for highly confidential parts pricing information. + Collision Parts Market share analysis - 20% of the time. + Daily oversight and maintenance of the CPP program - 50% of the time. + Responsible for sales objectives and profit goals for the CPP program - 10% of the time. + Program analysis and forecasting - 10% of the time. + DMS data support - 10% of the time. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet software. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work on repetitive and tedious tasks with diligence. + Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication skills. + Exceptional Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Database skills are a must. + Results-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics preferable. + Minimum 1-2 years industry experience in a similar position. Work Environment This position offers 2 days of work from home (WFH) per week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
