Reporting to Wholesale & Franchise Sales Manager the role will be responsible of growing existing business as well as developing new customers in the field, driving sales and the customer experience in wholesale locations. Using the opportunities generated by the Company, the resource will ensure the achievement of sales targets in compliance with Company policy and strategies to increase the business.
What you can expect:
\n\tReach the targets and goals set for the assigned area;\n\tEstablish, grow and maintain the customer base for the assigned area;\n\tActively prospecting for new customers in order to widen business and distribution in line with the company's strategy\n\tPresent and sell the collections to the customers;\n\tMaintaining brand integrity and standards by ensuring the product is well distributed, considering image/position/tiering adeauacy\n\tCollect and analyze sell-out reports, proactively booking for opportunities and influence future forecasts.\n\tGuaranteeing an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store, brand visibilite in store and sell-out per store.\n\tEnsuring stock is at an adequate level in the POS of the assigned territory and support in stock management administration process.\n\tEnsuring that Hugo Boss in store and digital guidelines are met\n\tSupporting Team Lead and WHS Coordinator with planning and forecast process\n\tBrand presence in store: actively managing and optimizing brand presence by securing the best space in store (size and visibilité)\n\tEnsure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries support\n\tSupport Credit and Customers Service teams;\n\tBuild strong external and internal relationships.\n\tCollect customer feedback and market research in order to be up to date with products and competitors.
